You have the business and technical skills that are needed to lead a small team of Web analysts and to engage with your clients. You have the business awareness to ensure the analytic solutions that are developed are measurable and you are able to translate marketing objectives into KPI’s and frameworks.
You will be responsible for the site and campaign performances of our clients by turning their data in actionable insights and optimizing strategies. You should also have the technical skills to understand relevant tools and technologies and communicate effectively with your technical colleagues. You create trust between your clients and within your team by keeping overview and interfere on detail level when needed.
Your primary responsibilities are: be an analytic subject matter expert. Inspire on how analytics can enable digital organizations. Provide technical expertise to your clients ensuring they have the most appropriate tools and technologies in place. Add measurable value through analytic insights. Manage a small team.
Your objectives are: grow analytics practice within this consultancy organization. Lead technical audits and web analytics tools (for example: Google analytics/WebTrends/Omniture). Lead report development, dashboards and analysis of reports with recommendations. Organize and lead web analytics trainings to clients and your team. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.

(for example: SEM, PPC, SEO, Email marketing)
- Fluent in English and Dutch
