Are you a fashion minded all-round eCommerce/web shop specialist with an entrepreneurial and hands on attitude?
You are responsible for growing the online sales and oversee the daily performance of the web shop. Improving and optimizing conversion is the focus as well as user experience improvement; functionality and design; working closely with (external) Developers. You also manage merchandising to increase average order basket value. Another important focus is building out the email-marketing program. This position asks for wide knowledge of eCommerce and web shop management.
You work with a compact team and report directly to the CEO and COO of this fashion brand; work intensively with external partners to make sure the right content is in place on time; make sure design and promotions are optimized for the web shop and are in line with the overall brand ambitions; manage the total online marketing program. All eyes are on you regarding the eCommerce results and further development.

Hands on self starter; getting-things-done mentality; good communicator; team player
Bachelor/Master degree; at least 3 years experience web shop management; strong know how of conversion and user experience optimization; technical experience is a plus
