What Does A Digital Product Director Do?
To meet PwC’s goals and ambitions they have asked SQIQ to help with strategically expanding their in-house digital agency over four core capabilities: Experience Strategy, Experience Design, Product Management and Digital Technology.
For the Experience Product capability, we are now looking for a Digital Product Director with a credible track record of market impact and hands-on day-to-day experience in the field.
What Responsibilities Do You Have?
Your responsibilities as Digital Product Director at the PwC Experience Center is to lead the Digital Product Management capability and raise awareness across the firm and with clients of PwC.You help set the strategic direction of the Experience Center and as part of the leadership team you take responsibility for driving the execution of the strategy.
You grow and develop the Digital Product Management community, innovate working practices, methods and tools used, drive learning and development. With your deep experience with product or service innovation processes and innovation frameworks, you have the ability to provide (project based) leadership to cross-functional teams as part of the innovation process. You also have hands-on experience with platform, product or service design, a strong eye for design and UX, broad expertise around building scalable digital products.
It is important that you have the ability to strengthen the team’s digital business analysis acumen to support effective digital delivery and scaling of new digital products. Therefore you lead and support the team to create product roadmaps and digital implementation plans, including measurement and analytics combined with ongoing enhancements. You will enhance agile practices and delivery processes across the projects and in client organisations, and lead and oversee project teams across various client engagements,from ideation to MVP delivery and into scale up (including measurement and analytics). Translating client needs into innovative new product or service offerings underpinned by new (digital) business models is something you love to do, and you are a strong and effective communicator, with well-rounded verbal and presentation skills.
What Experience Do You Need?
We are looking for an individual with 10 years+ experience in the field of digital innovation and of human centered positions.
The team helps their client organizations to provide better experiences for their customers, employees, or citizens. To effectively support these clients, suitable candidates must be able to combine well developed consulting skills with the ability to translate strategy into planning, and execute the planning into digital delivery. In other words, you play end-to-end.
You will have a proven track record across business development and subsequent engagement delivery of large scale digital, design, and experience projects, with a specialization across either the strategy, design, technology or product management capabilities.
