Can you create A+ user experience for an A-brand?
You optimize UX and ensure to offer relevant consumer experiences on the website and other owned media. You make consumers happy and convert. You increase time on site, reduce bounce rate, increase numbers of pages visited and increase conversion rate. You identify, gather and prioritize UX requirements and work closely together with the Product Owner.
You initiate and coordinate A/B and multivariate tests. You drive and optimize localization and personalization of web experiences. You turn analytics data into opportunities and work closely together with the Digital Analyst. You work together with design agencies. You perform, coordinate and report back on usability studies. You test new experiences before production.
Our customer is a populair retail A-brand and on of the most populair in their segment. Their products are sold worldwide and are one of a kind. From Dutch origin and established in de late 90’s they now own manufacturing facilities in China and have offices from Spain and UK, Japan and Koreca to US and Australia.
At this point our customer is investing in expending their inhouse e-business activities. In this building phase we are looking for candidates that can manage in a constantly changing environment and combine both hands-on mentality with strategically skills.
Flexibel; strong communicator; taking initative; creative; proactive
Bachelor/Master degree; at least 3 years e-business experience, UX, A/B and multivariate testing; affinity with visual aspect of UX; understanding of agile working; knowledge of Google analytics, Liferay front-end, Tag manager; fluent English
