Retailer’s E-mail Marketing and CRM – can you organise the perfect fit?

This retailer is looking for an E-mail and CRM Campaign manager to join their E-commerce team. As a E-mail & CRM Campaign Manager you will be responsible for maximizing the reach of a loyalty program and therefore initiate, execute and evaluate all E-mail and CRM campaigns.

As an E-mail & CRM Campaign manager, you will manage and develop the loyalty program by optimizing current benefits and initiating new ones. You will also manage the communication towards all stakeholders regarding the loyalty program. You will be responsible for running the e-mail calendar and for initiating reports and training of store staff, to inform them on the program and motivate them to be ambassadors of it.

You need to be able to combine an analytical, commercial approach with a creative vision on customer communication. You will report to the Head of E-commerce and will manage an e-mail marketer. You will also be working closely with Marketing and Sales.

Within this retailer, CRM has a central role in gaining more insight in their customer’s shopping behaviour and to increase customer brand loyalty.



Creative; affinity with fashion; affinity with IT related projects; able to lead cross-functional project teams; strong communication and presentation skills.


HBO/University in the areas of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Advertising; at least 3 years of experience in CRM & Database marketing; experience with customer analytics and segmentation; analytical and results focused


A challenging position in which you can combine your creative vision on customer communication with maximizing commercial impact of CRM, and develop your management skills is this coordinating role.
